If you have been charged with a DUI, Drug Possession, Underage possession of drugs or alcohol, or other drug offenses, Georgia State law requires you to attend a DUI school /Risk Reduction program licensed by the state before your driver's license can be reinstated. In order to complete the requirements for the Risk Reduction program, one must take an assessment followed by completion of a 20 hour DUI course. The Assessment The assessment consists of 130 questions about you and your lifestyle. The assessment must be completed prior to enrolling in the 20 hour course. The Course After your assessment has been completed, you must attend the 20 hour course "DUI/Risk Reduction Program". The course fee must be paid before the first day of class. |
